Tess Wilkinson-Ryan is professor of law and psychology at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. Her research is in the moral psychology of legal decision-making, especially in contracts and negotiations. She is the author of Fool Proof: How Fear of Playing the Sucker Shapes Our Selves and the Social Order – and What We Can Do About It (2023).
